VOLTAGE CONTROLLED CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR AND TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: To provide the voltage controlled crystal oscillator and the temperature compensated crystal oscillator which can be easily made into an IC. ;CONSTITUTION: A circuit connecting a capacitor 3 between the collector and emitter terminal of a transistor 1 and a circuit connecting a crystal oscillator 4 to the collector terminal of the transistor 1 are provided, and an oscillation circuit is connected to the other terminal of the crystal oscillator 4. On the other hand, a circuit connecting the capacitor 3 between the drain and source terminals of a field effect transistor can be used as well in place of the circuit connecting the capacitor 3 between the collector and emitter terminals of the transistor 1. Thus, the voltage controlled crystal oscillator and the temperature compensated crystal oscillator can be easily made into the IC, and the compact and high-stability crystal oscillator can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
