FLOOR JOIST CONSTRUCTING METHOD AND FLOOR JOIST RECEIVING METAL FITTING USED THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To facilitate floor joist mounting work in floor placing method, facilitate height regulation of floor surface level, also allow the height regulation after once fixing a floor joist material to a wall or partition, and significantly solve the problem of floor creak sound in multiple dwelling house and others. ;CONSTITUTION: As the support leg of a floor joist material 22, a floor joist receiving metal fitting 1 consisting of a L-shaped receiving member 2 having a screw hole on the outside surface part and a support leg part 3 having a screw part to be spirally fitted to the screw hole on at least the upper end part is used. The floor joist constructing method comprises the step of arranging and fixing the floor joist material along a wall or partition 23, the step of arranging the floor joist receiving metal fitting so as to support the floor joist material by the L-shaped receiving part and fixing the L-shaped receiving member of the floor joist receiving metal fitting to the floor joist, and the step of rotating the support leg part to regulate the height.
