PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in a load for a cooling fan as well as improvements in a condenser's radiating function and cooling capacity in a cab-over engine type car, by setting up a condenser on a roof of the car, in case of the above captioned device using vaporized latent heat in a cooling solution. CONSTITUTION:In time of normal operation for cooling an engine 27, a coolant 5 inside a water jacket 2 boils and vaporizes as absorbing vaporized latent heat from the engine 27 and is led into a condenser 31 via a steam passage 30 for radiation of heat and condensation. In this case, a ceiling plate 34 installing the condenser 31 comes into a state of tilting forward, and since reunning air is amply ventilated in the condenser 31, a heat radiating function inherent in the condenser 31 is maintained, and a load on a cooling fan is reduced, while its cooling function is improvable as well.
