TAKING OUT TEA LEAF FROM TEA MANUFACTURING MACHINE OF ROTARY BARREL TYPE

PURPOSE:To take out tea leaves in a short time without leaving the residue, by separately driving a shaft and a barrel of rubbing spatulas by different motors and, in taking out the tea leaves after completion of treatment, subjecting the barrel to normal rotation-reverse rotation-normal rotation while rotating the barrel at low speed. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft 4 equipped with a great number of spatulas 3 and a barrel 5 are separately driven by different motors. Then, after tea manufacturing treatment, as the main shaft 4 is rotated at high speed and the barrel 5 at low speed, an outlet door 9 is opened when an outlet 10 reaches a starting end of an effective zone to take out tea leaves. Then, the barrel 5 is inverted and rotated in the reverse rotation direction at low speed before the outlet 10 passes the end of the effective zone to take out tea leaves. Further, when the outlet 0 reaches the starting end of the effective zone to take out tea leaves, the barrel is inverted again and rotated in the normal rotation direction at low speed.
