The problem posed consists in creating a mechanism integral with a supportwhich makes it possible either to empty by rotation, without excessive force,the contents of the dustbin into a mobile container, or to empty it, againwithout excessive force, but by disengaging it from the mechanism so as totransport it to the container. The first solution employs a support (1) ontowhich is/are adapted one or more mechanisms each containing an axis rotatingin a bearing (2) fixed to the support. This mechanism is connected to asystem constituted by a pulley (8) - cable (9) - spring (10) sub-assemblycapable of accumulating mechanical energy which can be restored bymanipulating a safety release lever (11) and used for helping to lift thedustbin (15) when full. This solution imposes a rotational connection in (4)- (5) and a locking mechanism (6). The second solution employs the samecomponents without using the energy accumulation system. To disengage thedustbin (15) from its support, just unlock and remove the locking mechanism(6) and disengage the dustbin; action permitted by the possibility ofapplying a translatory movement to the adapter (5) on the end (4) of the axis(3).
