The invention concerns an exercise bicycle comprising a balance wheel 12 mounted rotatably in a frame structure 1, a rotating crank boss 7, 8, pedal members 14, and members 9, 10, 11 for transmitting force from the crank boss to the balance wheel. For simple adjustment of the tensioning of the chain forming part of the force- transmitting members, the crank boss 7, 8 has been mounted in an eccentric sleeve 15 which has been arranged in a cylindrical opening 16 in the frame structure 1. Turning the eccentric sleeve in the opening 16 is designed to change the distance between the centre of turning of the crank boss 7, 8 and the centre of rotation of the balance wheel 12. IMAGE
