The use of L-carnitine in endangered pregnancy

摘要

The administration of L-carnitine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof for treatment of women susceptible to having an endangered pregnancy due to the presence of a hereditary defect in fatty acid metabolism, significantly improves the rate of survival of their offspring.
