A powder of a mixed metal oxide having dielectric properties of the following general molecular formula;Ba_aCa_bMg_eZr_dSi_eTiO_x;Where a, b, c, d, e and x represent the following integer or function:;0.05 B 0.12, 0.00 C 0.015, 0.10 D 0.23, 0.000 E ;X = a + b + c + 2d + 2e + 2;According to the relation for the T value between-30 and 85 after sintering at 1.325 DEG C. for 2 hours:;Where T represents the temperature in degrees Celsius, K₂₅Represents the dielectric constant at 25C and K_TRepresents the dielectric constant at the temperature T.;A dielectric obtained by sintering such a powder.
