The powder (I) contains (A) at least 50, partic. 86-92 wt.%, on total wt. anhydrous (I), organo(poly)siloxane having an average at least 2 SiC-bound organic gps. per Si atom, of which part may be replaced by Si-bound H. (B) water-sol., film-forming polymer having cloud pt. 35-98 deg.C, (I) having been prepd. by spray-drying aq. mixt. of its components. Prepn. of (I) by spray drying aq. mixt. of (A) and (B) is also claimed.
