The circular-saw-blade has many saw-teeth (2) on the circumference with small cutting plates (6) made of highly hard cutting material such as hard metals or polycrystalline diamond. The cutting plates (6) are fixed on the saw-teeth (2) using a hard solder layer (5) extending over the whole height of the saw-teeth (2). Each cutting plate (6) has a height corresponding to the saw-tooth height (h) and is soldered directly on the saw-blade-tooth. The connection base (7) is made of a suitable soldering material on which the cutting-plate (6) can be soldered. The saw-teeth (2) are provided with holders (3') for strengthening the hard solder of the cutting plates.
