PURPOSE:To obtain a simplified device where a relative bend in a root part and a tip part in a gull wing type lead pin can be measured by image processing by capturing measurement points where the height differs at one time with a camera. CONSTITUTION:The title item has an optical system 2 which includes an objective lens 23 which is placed for a lead pin 90 of an IC 9 and a half mirror 24 which allows one part of light coming from the objective lens 23 to be passed and advanced and a remainder to be reflected to sideward, a first camera 31 which captures either of a root-part measurement point 91a or a tip-part measurement point 92a of a lead pin 90 from light which conducts and advances through the half mirror 24, a second camera 32 which captures the other of both measurement points 91a and 92a from light which is reflected from the half mirror 24 sideward, a first image-processing device 4 for obtaining a distance a between the measurement point and a reference position R which is captured by the first camera 31, a second image processing device 5 for obtaining a distance b between a measurement point which is captured by the second camera 32 and the reference position R, and an arithmetic operation output part 7 which obtains the difference between the distances a and b and outputs the difference.
