PURPOSE: To harvest fruits over a year by storing the seedlings of deciduous fruit trees in controlled gases. ;CONSTITUTION: Leaf-fallen deciduous fruit trees in a dormant state are stored in controlled gases comprising 5-10% of oxygen gas, 5-10% of carbon dioxide gas, and 80-90% of nitrogen gas at 0-2.5°C in a light-free state, taken out at 150 days before a desired fruit-harvesting period, planted, subjected to a cultivation control suitable for the fruits, and subsequently subjected to the harvest of the fruits.
