PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of transfer of data between an application and a data base by converting the structure type data declared artificially to the set of the single data declaration of the program language. CONSTITUTION:The source file of an application program 10 is prepared by a structure type data artificial declaration means 1 and a parameter declaration means 2. For the source file, the set of the single data declaration of the program language is generated by a declaration converting means 4. After the set of the single data declaration is divided by a deciding means 5, the parameter is changed by a parameter changing means 7. In accordance with the change information of the program informed from the declaration converting means 4 and the parameter changing means 7, the source file of the program 10 is rewritten. A data transferring means 8 transfers the data between the program 10 and a data base 11. Thus, the number of times of transfer can be decreased.
