PURPOSE: To prevent KOJI from falling by sending air from an air supply pipe through a gap formed between the under surface of an upper barrel and the top of a lower barrel, followed by separation of the upper barrel caused by air from the air supply pipe toward the center of a rotary KOJI producing tank. ;CONSTITUTION: An air cylinder is worked by air from an air supply pipe connected to a compressor, an upper barrel 31 is separated.held above a lower barrel 32 and a spray nozzle N is fitted to the tip of a guide pipe 35 connected through a threeway valve to the air supply pipe. Air is jetted from the spray nozzle through a gap (g) between the barrels 31 and 32 toward the center of a rotary KOJI producing tank T. KOJI (a) in the part of the gap (g) is blown into the interior of the rotary KOJI producing tank and KOJI will not fall so that neither the KOJI producing tank is stained nor KOJI is uselessly lost.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
