PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for executing a complicated motion of a chuck, and to easily grasp a work by forming the work, and moving a lower die to a position where an obstacle scarcely exists on a base, in a state that the work has been placed, when an upper die ascends. CONSTITUTION:When punching and bending are completed, an upper die 41 ascends, also a shooter 31 also ascends by a spring, and a work is left in an aligned state on a lower die body of a lower die 21. Subsequently, a lever driving member 51 is moved to the right, the inner surface of a guide groove pushes and moves a pin 65, a lever 61 is turned clockwise centering around a pin 64, and the lower die 21 is moved to the front of a top plate 11. The work on the lower die 21 which has been moved to the front on the top plate 11 is sucked by a vacuum chuck, etc., moving onto the lower die 21 from a suitable direction and carried to the next process. A lead frame which has been left on the shooter 31 is drawn onto the shooter 31 from the side, caught by a rod which has provided a claw on the tip and discharged to the side. The lower die 21 is moved in the rear again and prepared for the next working.
