PURPOSE: To promote work efficiency by providing a recessed groove on the peripheral surface of an RC column of the lower part of a steel frame beam in a joint section crossing the RC column and steel frame beam, fitting an enclosed type band-plate surrounding a column main reinforcement to the recessed groove. ;CONSTITUTION: A recessed groove 3 equivalent to a fire resistance coating material surrounding the peripheral surface of a column A is formed downward of a lower flange of a steel frame beam B in the precast concrete column A connecting the steel frame beam B to a column capital section. An enclosed type band plate 4 is fitted into the recessed groove 3 so as to surround a column main reinforcement 1, and a fire resisting member 5 formed of a cement plate, etc., is filled thereinto through adhesives 6.
