PURPOSE: To promote work efficiency by suspending a rotary plate in the vicinity of an earth discharging port in a tunnel, and turning an earth bucket directly under the discharging port to carry out earth by a crane after earth excavated by a caisson shovel is loarded in the earth bucket on the rotary plate. ;CONSTITUTION: A turn table 40 formed of a rotary plate 41 capable of mounting an earth bucket 30 is suspended from the ceiling surface 11a in the vicinity of an excavated earth discharging port 11b provided to the tunnel ceiling surface 11a. After that, earth excavated in a tunnel is loaded in the earth bucket 30 on the rotary plate 41 by a caisson shovel 20, and the rotary plate 41 is rotated to move the bucket 30 directly under the earth discharging port 11b.
