METHOD OF POURING RAW LIQUID FOR PLASTIC MOLD

PURPOSE: To provide a method of pouring a plastics molding raw liquid capable of pouring monomer without overflowing from the injection port of a mold, i.e., without damaging a sealing property of the injection port with respect to various fabricated molds with different volume cavities, and further performing it at small monomer loss. ;CONSTITUTION: A raw liquid injection needle 10 for plastics molding raw liquid is inserted into the injection port of a plastics mold 13a or the like, and plastics molding raw liquid is poured from the raw liquid injection needle 10 into the cavity of the plastics mold. In the next place, raw liquid overflowed from the raw liquid injection port 25 is sucked through a raw liquid suction pipe 27, and when the vacuum degree within the raw liquid suction pipe detected by a vacuum sensor 4 communicated into the raw liquid suction pipe 27 reaches a predetermined value, injection of raw liquid is caused to stop. In this instance, suction of raw liquid overflowed from the raw liquid injection port 25 is conducted from the upper part where the lower part of the raw liquid suction pipe 27 lies on the height of 1-2mm above the raw liquid injection port 25.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
