PURPOSE: To provide charge-transfer complexes crystallizing at a state of needle in the presence of combining agents, having high conductivity, without corrosive action to metals and stable to moisture and heat. ;CONSTITUTION: The charge-transfer complexes are the compds. of formula I {wherein n is 1 or 2; A is the compds. of formula II [R is H, a 1-4C alkyl or together with R to form (CH₂)₃, (CH₂)₄; R₁ is H or a 1-4C alkyl; X₁ is N-CN; X₂-X₄ are each O, N-CN], or radical anions of their mixture; B is, when n is 1, a monovalent radical cation and, when n is 2, a divalent radical cation of metals, unsubstd. or substd. by a halogen, 1-4C alkyl or 1-4C alkoxy, and of N-aromatic compds. [at least one aromatic ring is one of NR₂, (C⁺R₂-) I^- (R₂ is a 1-4C alkyl or benzyl)] having 1- to 5-aromatic rings)].
