PURPOSE:To simplify the title apparatus, by removing the waste liquid in a test tube by a natural flow-out system utilizing the flowability of the waste liquid. CONSTITUTION:A test tube rack 5 is set on a stage 3a and an elevator 3 is driven to bring the upper end port of a test tube 4 into contact with a receiving port. A solenoid valve is opened in this state to inject a washing solution in the test tube 4 from a washing solution storage chamber 17 through a nozzle. Next, when a turn head 2 is revolved by about 120 deg., for example, in a counterclockwise direction, the test tube 4 tilts along with a waste liquid receiving vessel 6 and the waste liquid in the test tube 4 flows out along with the washing solution to flow out to a waste liquid receiving chamber 8 through a waste liquid receiving chamber 7 and a precipitated reaction substance remains in the test tube 4. When the head 2 is rotated reversely in this state to be returned to the original position, the waste liquid in the receiving chamber 8 flows to a passage 12 through a discharge port 13 and further sent out to a waste liquid storage tank 16 through a discharge chamber 14. Thereafter, the elevator 3 is allowed to fall to take out the test tube 4 along with a rack 5. By this method, the apparatus can be simplified.
