PURPOSE:To provide the data analysis plan preparing device of the quality inspection plan preparation system of parts in which a data analysis plan based on data measured in an experiment mode can be easily and speedily prepared, at the time of the preparation of a quality inspection plan for the parts to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:A data analyzing part is equipped with a CPU 40 for analysis, analysis plan storage circuit 41 which stores a plan for analysis, graph preparing circuit 42 which prepares a graph from the data obtained in the experiment mode, measurement item arithmetic circuit 44 which searches a new measurement item from the graph, judgement pattern storage circuit 46 which stores a judgement pattern for analysis, and analysis plan preparing circuit 48 which prepares a data analysis plan based on a deciding condition set at the selected decision pattern.
