VOID TYPE MULTISTORY RESIDENCE WITH MULTISTORY PARKING GARAGE

PURPOSE: To utilize a void port of multistory building as a natural lighting part and a garage by providing plural residences in the periphery of the building, and providing a natural lighting void part in the center of the building, and fitting a multistory parking device in the void part in a range from a lower layer part to a middle layer part and utilize a space over the parking device as a natural lighting space. ;CONSTITUTION: Outer corridors 3 are provided inside of each residence 2 of a void type multiple dwelling house 1. Furthermore, a common elevator and a common stair connected to the corridors 3 are fitted. A void part 4 from the first floor to the tenth floor are formed into a parking space 8 and partitioned by a ceiling 9. Height of the multiple dwelling house 1 is divided into nearly equal three of an upper, a middle and a lower layers, and the height of the parking space 8 is determined in a range of the middle layers. Next, the parking space 8 is provided with a multistory parking device 12, which a vehicle enters/leaves at the first floor.
