PURPOSE: To simplify a trim fixing operation in the step of manufacturing a foamed filler. ;CONSTITUTION: A molding structure for integrally molding a trim is formed by casting a raw material for a pad material made of foamable synthetic resin in the trim 1 for forming a sheath mounted in a mold 21 through a pad material raw material casting hole 11 and foaming the raw material, and comprises a trim 13 for a cover to close the hole 11, and a first flat platelike edge material 3 in which a protrusion 31 protrudes and provided at an edge of the hole 11. Simultaneously, a second flat platelike edge material 4 in which a connecting hole 41 to be engaged with the protrusion 31 is provided at the edge of the trim 13. The protrusion 31 is engaged with the hole 41, the raw material is foamed in a state that the hole 11 is closed by the trim 13, and the pad 1a, the trim 1 and the trim 13 are integrated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
