PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR PRIVACY INFORMATION ON RESIDENT

PURPOSE:To secure security control over privacy information on residents by finely restricting the ranges of operation and practical use of an electronic computer under data control corresponding to the jobs and duties by persons in charge. CONSTITUTION:A person-in-charge code is added to an ID card, and a job code and a duty code are further added. The job code and duty code as process permissible conditions by transactions are registered in a transaction control master and only persons in charge which meet the permissible conditions are allowed to perform the transaction. The job codes and duty codes as the process permissible conditions are registered in a document control master and only persons in charge which meet the permissible conditions are enabled to output the document. Output information is recorded as to the output of a document regarding, specially, privacy information on residents.
