METHOD FOR TESTING COLOR DIFFERENCE OF SHEET-LIKE PRODUCT

PURPOSE: To perform efficient color difference test capable of always obtaining color measurement data at constant intervals by making a sheet-like product travel in the reverse direction for a specified time in restarting after temporarily stopping the conveyance of said sheet-like product to be tested and then by starting its travel in the normal direction. ;CONSTITUTION: In performing color difference test for a sheet-like product 15 such as a knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric or film using a color difference tester (A) designed to collectively control, with the 1st CPU 1, an input system 6 for test conditions, the 1st display section 2, the 1st output section 3 and conveyance system and (B) equipped with the 2nd display section 8 and the 2nd output section 9 to respectively display and output in a graph form the results from treating color measurement data with the 2nd CPU 7 connected via communication line to the 1st CPU 1 and also to plural color sensors 10, when the conveyance of said sheet-like product is to be restarted after temporarily stopped, the idle conveyance due to the inertia of the conveyance motor is evaluated by counting the number of pulses using a rotary encoder, and the product is conveyed in the reverse direction for a time corresponding to the count and then started to convey in the normal direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
