CHARGED CHANNEL REGISTER SYSTEM FOR CATV SUBSCRIBER TERMINAL

PURPOSE: To register a long-term contract covering several months and the per-day contracts with a single input operation. ;CONSTITUTION: A contract starting date storage part 11 and a contract ending date storage part 12 store the contract starting and ending dates respectively. A comparing part 14 compares the contract starting date stored in the part 11 with the present date of a clock part 13 to check whether the present date is later than the contract starting date or not. A comparing part 15 compares the contract ending date stored in the part 12 with the present date of the part 13 to check whether the present date is earlier than the contract ending date or not. Then a deciding part 16 decides whether the present date is included or not in the contract term of each CATV subscriber terminal based on the results of both parts 14 and 15. If so, the part 16 transmits the identification information on each CATV subscriber terminal and the contract contents to the subscriber terminals 5a and 5b respectively as the contract information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
