DOUBLE BLOCK CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND ITS DEVICE IN SHIP BUILDING

PURPOSE: To provide an assembling method wherein a plurality of floors held horizontally are welded together in a state that an inner (outer) panel is put onto each side surface of the floors, unlike in a conventional process when the each floor is fitted in so as to be moved in the length direction of a longitudinal, is eliminated. ;CONSTITUTION: The double block construction method is executed as follow: floors placed in the horizontal direction are held by holding means 17a and 17b in vertically spaced relation, an inner panel 40 and an outer panel 50 both of which are provided with longitudinals 60, are supported by the surface plates of outer plate (inner plate) holding means 18a and 18b so as to be disposed at both the sides of each floor 19, the outer panel 50 and the inner panel 40 are mutually put together so as to be welded, and next, the outer panel 50, the floors 19 and the inner panel 40 are integrally rotated together with the surface plates, so that the following section can be welded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
