PURPOSE: To provide a dry-noodle cutting machine capable of automatically laying dry noodle on a board and cutting the noodle near a chopstick. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective apparatus is provided with a main frame 1, a pair of extensible beams 2 supported on the main frame 1 in a state swivelable between a standing posture and a horizontal posture, a chopstick holder 5 to hold both ends of a chopstick holding dry noodles wound round the chopstick, a driving apparatus 3 to swing the extensible beam, a driving apparatus 4 to extend and contract the extensible beam, a press-cutting apparatus 6 to press down the chopstick from the chopstick holder supported by the extensible beam 2 extended in horizontal position and cut the dry noodles near the chopstick, and a board 71 placed under the extensible beam 2 extended in horizontal position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
