DISPOSABLE DIAPER HAVING ELASTIC OPENING ON UPPER SURFACE SHEET CONTACTING SKIN AND FORMATION OF ELASTIC OPENING

PURPOSE: To ensure the receiving of excrements by arranging an elastic member which is provided on both side rims of an opening to form an elastic opening to be made up of two elastic members innovated in arranging position in a diaper which has the elastic opening to let the excrements flow into a top surface sheet contacting skin. ;CONSTITUTION: In a disposable diaper, a liquid permeable top surface sheet 11 has a non-liquid permeating external sheet 12, a liquid absorbing core 13 interposed between the sheets and a second top surface sheet 14 resisting to liquids to be placed on the top surface of the first top surface sheet 11 and an opening 16 is provided in the longitudinal direction at the center of the second top surface sheet 14. The second top surface sheet 14 is made up of sheet members 14a and 14b having a notch part 16a for the formation of an opening. In this case, first and second elastic members 17a and 17b comprising an elastic yarn stretching in the longitudinal direction is mounted between sheet members 14a and 14b and reinforced sheet pieces 14c and 14d along the notch part 16a by adhesion and extended to the vicinity of longitudinal both ends of the sheet members 14a and 14b, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
