TIME CHANGE RATE/TIME CHANGE RATIO MEASURING INSTRUMENT FOR CELL SPEED

PURPOSE: To provide a measuring instrument capable of measuring the speed increase rate or the speed increase ratio of cell speed or packet speed. ;CONSTITUTION: A first speed measuring circuit 1 inputs a cell or a packet to be a measuring object and measures the speed of the cell or the packet from the number of the cell or the packet inputted within prescribed time and the prescribed time. A delay circuit 2 delays the inputted cell or packet. A second speed measuring circuit 3 measures the speed of the cell or the packet from the number of the cell or the packet that the delay circuit outputs within the prescribed time and the prescribed time. An acceleration/aceleration ratio calculation circuit 4 calculates the time change rate or the time change ratio of the transfer speed of the cell or the packet from the measured result of the first speed measuring circuit 1, the measured result of the second speed measuring circuit 3 and the delay time in the delay circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
