BAG WITH SEALABLE FILLING MOUTH AND BAG SEALING DEVICE HAVING HEAT-SEALABLE FILLING MOUTH TO BE PUT ON BELT CARRIER

PURPOSE: To eliminate loss in weight of product in a bag, fear for contamination with vermin or powdery material, robbery or substitution or others of the material by pasting inner wall of filling mouth with an adhesive that softens to melt when heated. ;CONSTITUTION: Small amount of a glue C meltable by heat is applied onto inner face 1 of a filling mouth V adhered to an edge of a bag S. It is enough to open the filling mouth V and put on a nozzle for filling the bag S. After the bag S was filled and the nozzle was removed, heat is given up to the prescribed temperature with a heating device or other methods. Now then, the glue C normally in solid while filling melts by heating, expands over the whole face and enables both sides of the filling mouth V to stick together. Afterwards, inner walls of the filling mouth V are stuck together by pressing outer sides of the bag S and then cooled to solidify. Accordingly, contents of the bag S do not lose weight or get contaminated with vermin or powdery material. Also, the contents can not be taken out unless largely breaking the mouth V or bag S.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
