PURPOSE:To quickly remove oil stuck on a work so as to remarkably improve manufacturing efficiency by providing a nozzle which is connected to the side of a housing and injects compressed air in the housing. CONSTITUTION:An upper flap valve 18 is rotationally moved from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction so as to close the entrance 15 of a housing 16, the housing 16 is made into a closed condition, a solenoid valve for air blow is energized to be ON, and air for blow is injected from a nozzle 28 on the side of the housing. Oil agent stuck on a work W is blown off into a mist, and the mist is exhausted to a mist collector side through a suction type exhaust pipe. An exhauster on the mist collector side is always rotated, and hence the oil mist is immediately sucked to the mist collector side and liquidized and collected there.
