摘要

Recombinant plasmides coding the synthesis of hydrolase 7beta-(4-carboxybutanamide) of cephalosporine acid. Their derivatives origined by deletion on noncoding areas are derived from basic plasmide pK19 and are named pKS118, pKS946 and pKS55. Family of microorganism Escherichia coli CCM 4229 contains some of these recombinant plasmides and can by used as source of enzyme for preparation of 7-amino-cefalosporane acid (7-ACK) from 7beta-(4-carboxybutanamido) cefalosporane acid (glutaryl-7-ACK).
