The device is characterized in that it comprises at least two components which can be taken apart, of which one component is kept as simple as possible and only represents that which cannot be accommodated in the other component, and in that at at least two, but in principle an unlimited number of, locations, irrespective of the actual use in the paving, while the other component is only used for actually anchoring an object.
