Bunching line comprising a feed device, transfer device and bunching device. The bunching device comprises a number of rotatable, slot-like holding members. The holding members only have an opening on one side and are arranged in such a manner that they can be moved from a holding position, in which they receive these stem parts from the transfer device, to a removal position. In this removal position, the holding members are arranged next to one another, in order to be able to bind the stem parts located in the holding members together without it being necessary to remove them from the holding members for this purpose.
