Process for controlling the quality of moulded articles manufactured in a facility (M) consisting in acquiring physical data relative to the manufacturing process carried out and processing said data by central monitoring and processing means (7). The process further consists in the operator (E) supplying quality assessment data (Q) he has observed in the course of the manufacturing process, performing at least one predictive control algorithm based on said quality assessment data (Q) and data supplied by the sensor, emitting at least one command (SPA) for adjustment of said facility in order to correct defects possibly observed by the operator (E). A data acquisition keyboard (1) is provided for the acquisition of quality assessment data (Q). The process of the invention is especially for use in controlling the quality of injection moulded articles.
