The invention relates to wheat plants genetic modification and the resultant line of these plants, as well as a hybrid wheat production method of using these plants. The obtained genetically modified wheat by performing homologous pairing to add a fertility-restorer chromosome which contains telomere Chromative homologous to another wheat chromosome carrying a recessive male sterility gene. The fertility-restorer chromosome contains a major portion of foreign Chromative from another species of wheat, and a fertility restorer gene and at least one marker gene. The genetic structure of the wheat plant, in a preferred form can be described as follows: 20 '' + 4B (ms) + [4m (on 4th) - 4EL - 4BL]. These plants have a meiotic stability and are used to produce hybrid wheat strains.
