ANTI-EDA MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY

An anti-EDA monoclonal antibody which recognizes the amino acid sequence part in the EDA region of fibronection (FN). It has a reaction specificity for EDA, in particular, EDA-FN (the FN wherein the EDA region is expressed), so that it can be utilized in establishing the techniques of high-sensitivity, high-accuracy and convenient immunoassay of EDA-FN, screening and diagnosis of EDA-FN-related inflammatory diseases, etc.
