The present invention provides an interface for forwarding messages processed in a local area network (LAN) or a network (WAN) selection protocol (IP) to a lower level X.25 or receiving messages input from an X.25 level, /RTI ;To this end, the present invention implements an XIP protocol necessary for accessing X.25, thereby providing an interface method capable of performing communication freely without being conscious of approaching to a long distance or a short distance.
