METHOD OF PROGNOSTICATING PULMONARY DISORDER SYNDROME IN PREMATURE NEONATES

SUBSTANCE: new method prescribes assessing state of coagulogram based on figures representing maximum coagulation activity of blood after completion of autocoagulation test and measuring prothrombin time and index, plasmin and plasminogen activity and blood clot retraction and volume. Deviation of above enumerated parameters from normal values gives grounds for prognosticating development of pulmonary disorder syndrome in premature neonates. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnosis and timely prophylactic treatment and lower rate of lethality. 2 tbl
