Membrane 2 is disposed onto dielectric base 5, provided with holes 6, which connect cavity 3 with atmosphere. High-voltage source 7 is connected with capacitor storage 9 through ballasting resistor 8 and with high-voltage switch 10. One pole of high voltage source 7 is connected to the center of motionless membrane 2 by means of conductor 11. Conductor 12 connects the other pole of source 7 on the center of membrane 1.
