The combustion chamber fuel is supplied by a hopper having two inclined moving sides (8,9). These sides form a "V" or "Y" and have alternating linear movement, as one advances the other retracts from it, and vice versa. The walls may have toothed rack form. The combustion chamber walls (1-6) are insulated, with a lower combustion grille (7). Hopper lower side (8) projects into the combustion chamber, drying fuel at its front, before it falls into the hearth (7). Moving hopper sides (8,9) may slide in vertical chamber walls (5,6) guides. USE/ADVANTAGE - May be integrated with a boiler, burning low calorific, moist waste, which it first dries progressively.
