The outside wrapping is in the form of a pocket having two superposed panels joined on their periphery (6-9). There is a pre-cut tearing line (10) for opening the pocket by separation from the zone (6) of the corresponding peripheral junction. Between the two pocket panels and inside the tearing line (10) is an adhesive material permanently allowing repetitive actions. The sachet (1) is held in the pocket by adhesive material (13). The detachable peripheral junction zone (6) located beyond the tearing line (10) has a central hanging hole (14) and a cut-out (18) forming the passage for a short rod. USE - Provides optimum packaging conditions for seeds.
