The construction brick consists of a header (B10) and stretcher (B11) in one piece with a rectangular section groove (4) on its front and back faces, dividing it into two sections roughly two thirds and one third. The groove provides a false joint and is filled with mortar. The brick is nominally 33.5 centimetres long by 10.5 centimetres wide and 6.5 centimetres thick. It is hollow pot type with two lines of rectangular holes inside with two smaller holes between the false joint grooves. USE/ADVANTAGES - Reduces bricklaying costs, simpler work.
