The invention relates to sequences of nucleotides corresponding to one or a plurality of regions of the sequences (SEQ ID NO: 1). Said region or regions are specific targets for proteinic factors which are only present in the B cells and myeloids, said presence being independent of IFN gamma . The sequences may be used to prepair vectors providing, for example, for the targetting of genes of interest in a given cell type or of a transferred gene whose expression defects are associated with a pathology.
