Prodn. of plastic dishes in multi cavities in low tonnage injection press

Plastic dishes and decorated covers are produced where each piece would have a large projected area needing high injection press closing forces by largely cutting out the base of the piece (A,B,C,D) to reduce the projected area and fixing the plastified decorative label on the injected part so as to mask the cut outs and ensure the packaging mill by sealed.
