PURPOSE:To raise the water permeability of artificial turf in the boundary by providing a water-permeable lower layer base having a higher water permeability than the rest artificial turf for the downside of the artificial turf over a given width from the boundary between soil or natural turf and the artificial turf in an athletic ground.
