PURPOSE:To enable the change-over operation switched to hot air and hot water so as to allow liquefied petroleum gas to be vaporized desirably even in a cold district or in the coldest period by forming a supply side manifold into double pipe structure of a liquefied petroleum gas pipe and a jacket pipe, and supplying the liquefied petroleum gas and hot water separately to these pipes. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a supply side manifold 2 and an exhaust side manifold 4, and numerous heat transfer tubes 6 are connected between both manifolds 2, 4. The supply side manifold 2 is to be of double pipe structure formed of a liquefied petroleum gas pipe 21. (hereinafter referred to as 'LPG pipe') communicated with each heat transfer tube 6, and a jacket pipe 22 disposed in such a way as to surround the outside of the LPG pipe 21. The LPG fed into the LPG pipe 21 flows inside the heat transfer tubes 6. The outer jacket pipe 22 is connected to a hot water storage tank 31, and the hot water from the hot water tank 31 flows inside the jacket pipe 22 toward an outlet 26 while exchanging heat with LPG running in the LPG pipe 21. The operation can be thereby switched according to the climate condition, and the carburetion of LPG can be performed desirably even in a cold district or in the coldest period.
