ELEVATING MECHANISM FOR RECEIVING FACILITY

PURPOSE: To shorten time required for transfer from a receiving shelf of a pallet and the like to a delivery/receipt for making the transfer effective by dissolving engaged relationship between the projection of a receiving-storing member and a truck supporting base for facilitating the vertical slipping off of the receiving-storing member. ;CONSTITUTION: A pallet 1 is loaded on a truck 3 and horizontally moved from a receiving-storing place being outside and near an elevator shaft 50 in a direction shown by an arrow A₁ and enters the elevator shaft and stops just above an elevating base 4, which ascends as shown by an arrow A₂ in parallel with the lateral movement of the truck 3 to abut a pedestal 44 upon a pedestal pad 18 provided on the lower face of the pallet 1 for raising the pallet 1 from a supporting base 34 provided on the truck 3. Raised height is set up not to interfere with the horizontal movement of the truck 3. The truck 3 is then refugingly moved in a direction shown by an arrow A₃. In this case, since the supporting base 34 is removed from the lower side of a projection 14 by which the pallet 1 is supported, the pallet 1 lowers together with the elevating base 4 as supported by it and moves to a lower delivery/receipt floor.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
