MEASURING METHOD OF SUBSTANCE IN PLANT CELL GROUP, SORTING METHOD OF PLANT CELL GROUP AND IMPROVEMENT METHOD OF PLANT GENEALOGY

PURPOSE: To provide a method in which the amount of a specific substance in the cell group of a plant as a criterion to sort a desired cell group with high efficiency is decided with high reliability and accuracy, quickly and simply and to provide a method which improves the genealogy of a plant by sorting a desired cell group with high efficiency and by increasing the sorted cell group. ;CONSTITUTION: The measuring method of a specific substance in the cell group of a plant is featured in such a way that the cell group of the plant is reacted with an antibody with reference to the specific substance existing in the cell of the plant, that the amount of its free antibody is measured and that the amount of the specific substance in the cell group is decided on the basis of its measured value. A method in which a cell group is sorted by making use of the amount of the specific substance decided by the method as a criterion and a method in which the genealogy of a plant is improved by increasing the cell group sorted in this manner are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
